About ML

My life has always been about lifestyle, long before I realised it could become a business.

Exploring has been my lifestyle.
Adventures have been my lifestyle.
Trying new things has been my lifestyle.
Connecting people has been my lifestyle.

I’ve always been curious. Not just the kind of curious that asks questions, but the kind that goes and finds out. If I like something, great. If I don’t, at least I know from experience.

I’ve never believed that we have to wear the same suit our whole lives. You can enjoy different worlds, different people, different perspectives. And yes, you can wear a leopard print skirt while talking about innovation and investment opportunities. Life is much more interesting that way.

Because of that curiosity, I’ve met incredible people, discovered amazing places, and somehow became the person everyone asked for recommendations. Whether I was living somewhere or just passing through, people wanted to know where to go, what to do, who to meet, and how to experience a place properly.

That’s how ML-WORLD Management was born.

Funny enough, I gave my first company that name when I was 20 years old. I suppose I was thinking quite big. 🙂 Looking back now, it’s amusing because the world has actually become much smaller over the years, yet infinitely more fascinating.

The adventure started long before that.

Even at school, I was the person bringing different groups of people together. I never worried whether they would get along. I figured they’d work it out themselves.

I also decided while still in high school that one day I would live in London.

So I did.

Two days after receiving my BA diploma, I boarded a plane with a one-way ticket.

London became my classroom in networking before I even knew networking was a thing. I hosted events, connected people, discovered hidden gems, and somehow became one of those people you could ask if you wanted to know what was happening in the city.

And if it wasn’t happening yet, I’d probably organise it.

Then came Ibiza.

Another one-way ticket.
Another place where I knew almost nobody.

I started working as a lounge manager, but quickly realised my real job was something else entirely. My job was to say yes to invitations, meet people, learn the island, and become part of its community.

It wasn’t always easy.

But it was definitely fun.

Over time, I became known as an Ibiza insider. Not just because I knew the trendiest places, but because I genuinely loved experiencing the island from every angle and helping others do the same.

That’s probably my biggest advantage.

I don’t love just one version of life.

I can enjoy a barefoot beach walk just as much as dinner in a world-class restaurant. I can appreciate luxury and simplicity in equal measure. That means my recommendations have never been one-dimensional. They’re based on experiences I’ve actually lived.

Living in international places has also given me something priceless: friendships and connections with incredible people from all over the world. People who live in extraordinary places and do extraordinary things.

Through them, my world became bigger.

And eventually, that journey brought me back home.

After many years abroad, I returned to Estonia and explored it with the curiosity of a tourist and the heart of a local. What I discovered was a country full of remarkable people, businesses, places, and experiences that deserved more visibility.

That’s where Eesti Elustiili Auhinnad was born.

What started as an idea has become one of the most meaningful projects of my life. Because while bad news always finds the spotlight, I believe good people, good businesses, and good stories deserve one too.

I’ve realised over the years that lifestyle isn’t about how things look. It’s about how life feels.

I’ve never really sold destinations, tables, events or experiences. I’ve always been connecting people with stories they didn’t know they were looking for.

Looking back, I realise that I’ve always been promoting lifestyle. I just didn’t know it at the beginning.

I’ve spent my life living like a local wherever I happened to be, collecting experiences, connecting people, and sharing discoveries like an insider.

People have often wondered about me. I let them wonder. 😉

But yes, I’m passionate about life.

About travel.
About music.
About experiences.
About connection.

About fun.
About love.
About discovering what’s possible.

In the end, it’s never been about me.

It’s always been about the people, places and experiences worth sharing.
